We help with listing and marketing your property to renters that pass our screening process. We also assist with photography of the property and ensure you get an appropriate income from your investment, based on the market standards.
Tenant Selection
At Absolute Property Management, we screen and select all our prospective renters, looking at their backgrounds, credit history and rental references.
Property Maintenance
We help maintain the properties that are rented, making sure all health and hygiene parameters are met. We also provide professional deep cleaning for the property after the end of each tenancy.
Timely Inspections
We conduct routine inspections every three months, making sure things are functioning well within the properties. We also take feedback every couple of months, from both tenants and landlords, to make sure any grievances are solved.
Rent Collection
The weekly collection of rent is undertaken by us, making sure there are no late payments. We advise our clients on the updates of the rental market and how they can grow their income accordingly.

Fill out applications
We help you find suitable tenants, fill out the applications required and finalise the tenancy.
Sign Lease
Our team will assist with preparing the tenancy agreement & collecting the bond. Once that is processed, we will then forward the paperwork to you and the bond to the bond centre.
Property Management

We assist with timely collection of the rent and help with the maintenance of the property. We also help solve any grievances that may occur during this time period.
End of Lease
Our team will assist with the documentation required for termination of the tenancy lease. For a smooth transition, we make sure all our properties are professionally cleaned at the end of each lease.
Turnover
We aim to have the property rented as soon as possible so there is minimum vacancy period in-between tenants.
